I'd like to increase the height of the summary field with CSS, especially for
[[iu:|iu:]] where titirausiq nutaaq is twice the size of the textbox.  Without
that field uniquely identified, a blanket CSS rule covering all input tags is
necessary.  The search box is also missing an id; perhaps it should use
id="wpSearch"?

Many if not all text input fields currently lack an "id" attribute.  Changing
from bug to enhancement.

1.6devel has id attributes for search boxes and edit summary boxes.
