Description Autocracy 2007-06-06 15:25:59 UTC Attempting to edit http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Fair_use_rationale_guideline by section gives you a different section in the editor than the one you clicked on. This is true at least for revision 136359131.
