Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description eveline 2007-05-31 20:11:37 UTC Mediawiki language policy instructs us to direct requests for adding new languages to Bugzilla. Currently there is no code for Tibetan language (unicode). Is it possible to add this to mediawiki? Thank you!
