Description Robert Leverington 2007-05-30 17:00:19 UTC
When an SVG image is used on an image map the image renders, however it is not clickable. This is preventing superceeding images on the Wikimedia Commons.

Can you provide an example please?

You need to specify coordinates relative to the nominal source image size, not relative to the thumbnail size. The coordinates will be scaled appropriately before output. For example:

<imagemap>
Image:Mood dice.svg|100px
rect 0 0 500 500 [[Main Page]]
</imagemap>

This is a feature, not a bug.
