Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Adds support for the Inline Query Parser Function {{#ask}} (12.78 KB, patch)
2007-05-24 05:01 UTC, Jim R. Wilson

Description Jim R. Wilson 2007-05-23 21:27:44 UTC
I require a parser function equivalent to the inline query extension tag <ask>. The parser function would be called #ask, and would behave in more-or-less the exact same manner as <ask>.

I will be creating a patch for this soon.

Adds support for the Inline Query Parser Function {{#ask}}

Patch is based on initial work as a standalone extension, which is described here:

I'll be happy to answer any questions, thanks!

The current SVN version of Semantic MediaWiki has an {{#ask}} parser function. I'm therefore closing this bug.
