Description Yonatan Horan 2007-05-17 03:55:02 UTC
Something like [[commons-Image:]] would be useful. That is, if this isn't made obsolete by preventing the creation of such clashes. The ability to upload files locally whose names clash with a file on commons could be restricted to the admin group only so admins would still be able to upload images like Image:Wiki.png but other than that is there any use for regular users to be able to upload files with clashing names?
Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2007-05-17 13:55:37 UTC
[[commons:Image:]] ?

Already have this restriction?
Comment 2 Danny B. 2007-05-18 00:24:27 UTC
Reopening, since [[commons:Image:]] shows link instead of image.

(tested on cs:w:)
Comment 3 Rob Church 2007-06-20 06:38:30 UTC
Well, that *is* what the summary asked for...
