Hello, 
differently from the other wikis, Lombard wikipedia displays its wiki links
(both internal and interwiki)  always underlined. Could you please fix this? In
other words, wiki links should be underlined only when the mouse points on them.

Your [[lmo:MediaWiki:Monobook.css]] file contains the following line: 

a { text-decoration: underline }

That will make all links underlined.
