Please create rs.wikimedia.org domain and a blank site for Wikimedia Serbia. The
wiki should be open-access with account creation disabled. Additionally, I
(user:dungodung) should have bureaucrat and sysop privileges in order to create
needed accounts and administer the site. Only usual extensions are required
(i.e. the ones that other Wikimedia sites have by default). The language of the
wiki should be Serbian (default language version). Thanks

use the "email me my password" thingy to get your account password.
