We want our imagemapped image to link to a section halfway down the destination page.
However, mousing over the imagemapped blue i, in the top right of our template, you notice it links 
to: 

http://www.marveldatabase.com/Marvel_Database:Character_Template, 
it should however link to:

http://www.marveldatabase.com/Marvel_Database:Character_Template#Usage

You're probably using an outdated version of the extension.
