Installed MediaWiki on xampp. Everything works fine except I cannot use parser
functions. Should I enable it somewhere ?

Ex. if I type:

{{ #expr: 30 * 7 }}

in page text I got

{{ #expr: 30 * 7 }} text.

Same for #if, #ifeq etc.

What am I doing wrong ?
