As you may see in this page: 

http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%AA%D8%B5%D9%88%DB%8C%D8%B1:East_Timorese_hakka_wedding.jpg

An image in Commons is shown with a width of 600px, just as in English Wikipedia
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:East_Timorese_hakka_wedding.jpg) but it is a
little large for Farsi Wikipedia on normal (1204*768) monitor resolutions. I
think it would be good idea to restrict the maximum size of the pictures to
550px in width (and provide a link to full resolution image, for those wider
than this size.) However, as this is not a major problem, I marked as of low
priority and severity.

As this could be done by modifying the user preferences, I'm going to close this bug myself, as WORKSFORME.
