Description Walter Vermeir 2007-05-04 14:50:22 UTC
Because of the change that accounts with the same user name/password are
blocked user [[w:nl:gebruiker:Bokkie]] has no access anymore.

This is user active since 2004. The emailadres of that account does not exist
anymore so he can not get a new one.

I, [[meta:user:Walter]], steward, have checked and confirmed his identity.

Please change the emailadres of [[w:nl:gebruiker:Bokkie]] to the email address
<m DOT vanbokhorst AT gmail DOT com>

Talked to walter about it on IRC and read the OTRS ticket.
Looks fine to me, I reseted your user email, you should
be able to request a new password. If there is any problem
contact us through IRC / OTRS.
Comment 3 Rob Church 2007-05-06 00:24:11 UTC
If this is going to set a precedent, then I recommend setting up a specific OTRS
queue to handle such administration requests, since BugZilla is not a suitable
place for these, and we could see a lot more of them as we move towards central
authentication.
