There's an awful lot of reports that have a Platform/OS other than All/All,
because of the auto-detected default settings.  Platform/OS should default to
All/All, or PHP/All, or PHP/Apache, or something like that.

The platform sometimes really is relevant, and people don't remember to mention it themselves.
