Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

There are a number of cases where one is not interested into the whole page but
possibly just the lead (section=0) or an arbitrary section. This is currently
possible with action=edit, but not with viewing actions (view, render, and raw).
It would also be great to being able to only retrieve the TOC of an article;
this can be useful on slow connections, where one may want to first get the TOC
only and then only some of the sections.
