Please create the Kabyle Wikipedia ([[m:Requests for new languages/Wikipedia
Kabyle]]) with the following configuration:

* subdomain, XML lang code, and interwiki link prefix 'kab';
* enable [[Special:Import]] on kab.wikipedia from fr.wikipedia and en.wikipedia;
* install the following extensions: [[mw:Extension:CategoryTree]],
Cross-namespace links, [[mw:Extension:MakeBot]], Makesysop,
[[mw:Extension:Renameuser]], [[mw:Extension:CharInsert]], [[mw:Cite/Cite.php]],
[[mw:Extension:ImageMap]], [[m:ParserFunctions]], [[m:Poem Extension]],
[[m:Newuserlog]], [[m:SpamBlacklist extension]], and [[mw:Extension:Username
Blacklist]].

Some of the code to do so in LocalSettings.php is provided at [[m:Talk:Requests
for new languages/Wikipedia Kabyle#Status]] for convenience (copied verbatim
from the instructions); it may need to be tweaked to work with Wikimedia's
setup. Since similar settings may be requested in the future, feel free to paste
the actual code needed.

The interwiki name should be Taqbaylit, but that may be sorted out already? (I
see that {{#language:kab}} works.)

created it with the standard set of extensions, reopen the bug if something is 
missing.
