Thank you for the files. I have them reworked (all English messages removed) and
reformatted with rebuildMessages.php.

Applied with r21610 and r21611.

The namechanges of projectnames are copied to bug 9707.

There's 1147 messages of 1645 are not translated to hy, but exist in en:

and for your information:

2 messages of 499 in hy don't use some variables while en uses them:
* blockedtext
* blocklogentry
