Since so many images are being "migrated" to commons, Special:Filepath should
search in commons if the default search fails.

The code was checking the description page for existence instead of the image
itself. This would cause false failures for shared/Commons images and files
where the description page was missing.

Fixed in r21633.

So I add code in my prog to workaround and you fix it, like, overnight!
