A few typos, some new messages, and a couple of updates for extensions. Sorry for the 3 different diffs, I wasn't sure how to put all of them in one file.

FYI, there's some issues for the message array items below, by using the checkLanguage.php file: 3 messages of 1630 are not translated to fr, but exist in en: * userrights-reason * ipbreason-dropdown * ipb-edit-dropdown 1 messages of 1633 are not exist in en (or are in the ignored list), but still e xist in fr: * ipbreason-list 4 messages of 1633 in fr don't use some variables while en uses them: * cascadeprotected * cascadeprotectedwarning * protect-cascadeon * othercontribs
Hello, I know about this, I do updates every two weeks (roughly - it depends on my available time) so in the meantime translations may get a bit late, and you get some obsolete messages and untranslated ones. I also know about issues (I check every time). This will get fixed soon, don't worry :-)
