In arwiki, when moving a page over another page (available only for admins) the 
text "Yes, delete this page" (Arabic:نعم، احذف هذه الصفحة) is shifted to the 
left. Since Arabic is written from right to left, it should be at the right. 
Tested using Firefox 2 and IE7 under Win XP. MediaWiki version when tested: 
1.10alpha (r21409).

The form was using hardcoded left/right; I've switched it to be RTL-sensitive.

Fixed in r21591.
