Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Then navigating to WikSource page with concrete paragraph specified as anchor in
URL - side-by-side compare of different languages does not work at all.

Repro:
1. Navigate to http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Constitution_of_Ukraine#Article_90 
2. Click on <-> small icon near "Ukrainian" interwiki link on the left side
under search box ( Українська ⇔ ).
3. Browser navigated to
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Constitution_of_Ukraine#Article_90?match=uk page

FAULT: No Ukrainian Wikisource text shown. match=uk is ignored. 

Suggections:
a) Figure out why match=uk is ignored on resulting page and address it (keeping
all original anchors - it expected to scroll page to correct part of
side-by-side comparation)

b) (Alternative, temporary) Remove anchors from side-by-side URL for page
generated on step one and simplify URL to
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Constitution_of_Ukraine?match=uk

P.S> Server has some issues even generating last URL. No side-by-shown shown
currently - but it was working recently.
