The TEMPLATE and TEMPLATE TALK namespaces need to be changed to साँचा and साँचा वार्ता on the Hindi Wikipedia (http://hi.wikipedia.org/). For example as http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Wolf automatically redirects to http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/सदस्य:Wolf, http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:लंदन could redirect to http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/साँचा:लंदन. Here are the pages with the agreement of the Hindi Wikipedia community: http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/विकिपीडिया:शब्द आविष्कार and http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/सदस्य:Mitul0520#template_name_change. I have also posted bug 9150, requesting a template namespace. I hope you would be able to adress this as soon as possible.
