Now, when I open a image on commons I haven't choice a size of file. All size 
(sometimes is 4MB and 4000*3000px) or 800 × 600. I wanted a more type size of file 
like on flickr... (there are a 800*600, 1024*768, 1280*960...)

Adding this save some transfer (I think).
