This is a bug for Japanese i18n Messages patches.

Thank your for the new patch. Applied with r20996. Some remarks after checking with checkLanguage.php and reformatted with rebuildLanguage.php: sitestats-xxx messages replaced by original sitestatstext because the 'new' -xxx messages are reverted.
