Special:Export needs menu items added: "select all pages in namespace
a, b, c,... all."

Without that, saying that one's content is "freely available" is a
joke, as the user is otherwise is discouraged from getting more than a
few pages at at a time...

"Sure, copy my whole website, no problem", (but turn purple trying!)

(OK, not practical on bigger wikis.)

Indeed, this is not practical. ;) We provide tools for building bulk dumps for this.
