The Newpages special page is rendered with a wrong syntax:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FSpecial%3ANewpages&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline

I don't know if any other page has the same problem.

Both issues fixed in r20882 (cached pages) and r20883 (Special:Newpages).
