The [[Special:Log]] pages have raw html code in them next to a checkbox of
indiscernible purpose.

The checkbox has the caption "<title-pattern>"

The checkbox enables the title provided to be used as a wildcard prefix to
search for all titles matching it. I've clarified the message in r20746, among
some improvements to the form itself, although we've modified this feature to be
disabled under the Wikimedia configuration, so it shouldn't show up anyway.
