I am the sysop of Cantonese Wikipedia, please activate the Portal namespace of this 
Wikipedia since over 20 main portals have been built.

The proposed portal namespace is [Portal:], and its talk pages will be [Portal talk:], 
and this name will reserved for future use when Traditional/Simplified Chinese 
conversion are introduced.
