Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Andrew Culver 2007-03-14 19:54:50 UTC
I'd like to see a new magic word that will specify a location for a TOC without
forcing a TOC to appear. This would be useful when you know where you want your
TOC to appear, but the article doesn't yet have enough sections to warrant a TOC.

Suggest __TOCLOC__ as the magic word.

Looks a very marginal use case. Suggesting wontfix.
Comment 2 db [inactive,noenotif] 2010-06-20 12:29:28 UTC
With __TOC__ you can choose the location of the TOC.

I do not know when it was added, so make this as fixed, because it is a old bug.
Comment 3 Niklas Laxström 2010-06-20 13:12:02 UTC
Not fixed, marking as wontfix instead since nobody opposed.
