Can someone change the namespace "Help" to "Hulpe" and "Overleg_help" 
to "Overleg_hulpe" (NO CAPITAL LETTER AFTER 'Overleg' PLEASE!). A similar change is 
being discussed on the Dutch Wikipedia (since 'help' is used most likely used here as 
an anglicism).

Fixed with r20960. Added alias for old namespace 'Overleg_help' to avoid broken
links.

The namespaces seem to have been changed a long time ago (at the beginning of the 
month) but the changes still aren't visible (even after CTRL + F5).

Right, we are still at revision r20145 on WMF project. The change was made with
r20960. Have a look at [[nds-nl:special:version]] to see what revision is active.
