Click either.

The former goes to http://train.spottingworld.com/User:G_%26_B_S but is
displayed as "G"

The latter goes to http://train.spottingworld.com/User:George_%26_B_S but is
displayed as "George"

Rather odd and aggravatinh

Sounds like a bad rewrite rule.
