Produces invalid HTML (<img> tag is expanded into the 'name' attribute on the section anchor. Ouch!)

bug fix for 1.4 cvs

patch for 1.4 cvs, dunno if you want to backport it to 1.3, probably needed for
1.5, tested with 1.4 cvs on my local wiki.

Fixed in CVS HEAD and CVS REL1_4
Deployed to wikipedia.org
