the error page ("The Wikimedia Foundation servers are currently experiencing
technical difficulties.") located at
http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/debs/squid/debian/errors/error.html?view=co#Portuguese
links to the irc channel #wikipedia.

This bug is to request it to be changed to #wikipedia-pt, like es, fr, de, ja,
pl and cs already link to

Not a patch, and it appears to be badly corrupt. Please submit patches as
unified diffs against the current version of the file in Subversion (use svn
diff).

File is UTF-16 but seems to be formatted rather differently from
the current copy, so I can't get a clean diff. I've patched in
just the channel change in r20176.

The new version will show when the squid setup is next updated.
