The extension is currently hard-coded to work with just the article namespace.
With modest effort it could work with any set of namespaces.

In the case of the English Wiktionary it will be useful to see if Transwiki
articles already exist with a slightly different title, especially since most of
them will come with the first letter uppercased from another wiki.
