http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Spam_blacklist

In order to discourage spammers and spamming I feel it would be best if we could
"hide" the list from Search Engine bots.

As you might know search engines calculate a sites worth based on a number of
variables such as number of visits and weather or not the site featured on major
websites such as Wikipedia.

Hence, spammers are winning so long as their site is featured on [[Spam
Blacklist]] page and its relevant talk pages and sub talk pages (such as archives).

a) those aren't live links
b) where there are live links they have rel=nofollow

Hence, no googlejuice.
