Is it possible to add a checkbox for "spelling" when editing a page, just like there is 
a checkbox for "minor edits" and for "follow this page", and have a letter for spelling 
like N (stands for new pages) M (stands for minor edits), I'd like S for spelling.

Just checking if this is possible, so let me know. Thanks in advance.

While hypothetically possible, there's no point to it. Use the minor edit
checkbox. (I have no idea what "follow this page" means?)

I meant "watch this page" :-)... the minor edit checkbox sometimes doesn't really 
work, because (sometimes) there are a lot of spelling issues which need to be 
changed that it really isn't a small edit anymore, that's why I'd like to 
diffentiate between these two.

If you're just fixing spelling, that's always gonna be a minor edit from any
sane perspective.
