Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

The French Wikiquote community would like a new Référence: namespace to be created, just like the one on the French Wikipédia.

This namespace is needed to create per-book pages containing all the needed information (publisher, year, isbn & so on) that we can link to when we need to 
give a reference to a book (that is, for every quote).

There was a consensual discussion on the given URL (6 editors, including 3 sysops, voiced their support and nobody opposed).
