Description Stefan Radermacher 2007-01-15 13:10:13 UTC
Whe using interwiki transclusion, the destination wiki has en extra paragraph
and break tag inserted before the included text from the source iki.

The added text is "<p><br /></p>" (after removing the whitespace).

As far as I'm aware regular transclusion also may prepend such extra paragraph in these situations:

{{transclusion}}
(((extra space to make transclusion work)))
== header ==

See for instance https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Summer_of_Code_2013

Is this the problem you are referring to?

This problem is still there.

Do you think we can add the EASY keyword?
