Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description William Muriithi 2004-11-11 02:12:08 UTC
If you visit a wikipedia page that has an image, the image frame can be seen,
but there is no image inside the frame. I am using mozilla, running on a fedora
2. The following can be helpful. For example, If you go to the page about
Florence Nightingale, and right click on the image, and then click on
properties, these two links are available, but one is available, while the other
is not. This can be a good start on narrowing where the bug is.
Here, the image was displayed

Here, the image doesn't show up

Looks fine to me.

Have you set Mozilla to not load images that come from another site? If so, turn this option off.
Uploaded files are served from another hostname for security purposes (it reduces the threat of cross-
site scripting attacks).
