Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description kentsin 2007-01-05 03:18:47 UTC
The tab of all pages (Special:allpages) include a link to itself.

This link is not useful, but cause the crawler a lots of trouble.

Pretty much all pages have a link to themselves as the first tab (or second for
discussion). This can be used when you're using nonstandard URL options like
skin choices, have been redirected and want to go to the real URL for some
reason, etc.
Comment 2 Rob Church 2007-01-05 14:35:43 UTC
Note that pages can also include links for paging and limiting, and so forth,
which also link back to the same page.

Note You need to log in before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
