Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Fred Chess 2007-01-04 00:00:24 UTC Couldn't find this in the database. It would be useful to have the possibility to type in a reason when deleting an earlier revision of an image. It would probably mostly be useful for Commons. I don't think it should be too difficult to implement.
