(1) The idea was originaly initiated by effeietsanders (steward).

If possible we would like to be added a function at Makesysop with a field for time. How 
much the user will stay sysoped and after that time to be automatically reverted the 
permission grant. 

(2) If possible we would like to be added the function to grants rights to more projects 
in the same time. This is useful for granting permissions at all language wikis for 
modifiying the sitenotice - for example.
