Hello. I am user Dead3y3 from the Greek Wikiquote. There is a formed consensus of the el.wq community to change all the "Wikiquote" references to "Βικιφθέγματα", due to localization. This includes the prefix "Wikiquote:", which, according to Meta, corresponds to the Project namespace (and to the {{ns:4}} code, I think). I hereby request for this translation to take place. I want to note that the administrators (Fefeli and Aaa) are absent for a long time. And that I have simple user access, so I can't be much of a helping hand. Although I will be around almost every day to assist if it is necessary.
