Titles cutted up on all kk wikies. This happened after installing the r17825 on WikiMedia sites. And messed code introduced by r17820. Please double check major changes, before uploading a files to live servers!

What does "titles cutted up" *mean*?
removed, emptyed etc See for example [[kk:Special:Recentchanges]] Title should be "Жуықтағы өзгерістер" or at switching to kk-tr (Qazaq) it should be "Juıqtağı özgerister" but in 1st case title empty6 in 2nd case: "Jwqtazgerister". Just removed non-ASCII characters and spaces. Compare changes in LanguageSr.php - it seems Ok an in LanguageKk.php is not changed two and more strings6 that should be changed. And sorry for my English it is not my mother tongue...
No, that's fine; I was just curious as to what it meant. :) Besides, if we all spoke the same language, it'd get boring, and we wouldn't be able to use xenophobic insults, would we?
Other effect of error: removed text from begin of expression to first comma. All kk wikies still disrupted. Tim Starling, SOS!
