The occitan comunity has voted, in Wikivar, "Utilisator" must be changed into "Utilizaire" in 
Occitan wikipèdia.

Several questions:
1. What does the change mean? What is the difference between the forms?
2. Should Discussion_Utilisator also be changed to Discussion_Utilizaire?
3. Should the old names be preserved as aliases?
4. Should the alias Discutida_Utilisator be preserved?

The form "Utilizator" was an ortografic error
Utilisator must be changed into Utilizaire
Discussion_Utilisator must be changed into Discussion_Utilizaire
The old names must be preserved as aliases & the alias Discutida_utilisator too...

Changed in r17543. Please check the linked diff and make sure it's OK. The live
sites (Wikipedia, Wiktionary and Wikibooks) may take some time to get updated.
