If you go to the URL and click "preview", you get a preview of whatever was in the edit box.

The "special page" tab at the top (in Monobook at any rate) links to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Undelete&action=submit

Clicking this takes you to a page titled "View deleted pages - Preview" which apart from 
NOT being a preview does not logically follow.

This is a general problem with form submissions on special pages.

I tried it. The page I get is titled "View and restore deleted pages". Must have been fixed somewhere along the line, closing worksforme.
