Description 555 2006-10-28 22:09:25 UTC
Small request/suggestion: (sorry again for my English)

May be very helpful in some wikis to display a small system message after
someone click on the edit tab. This idea appeared during some discussions of
policies for Portuguese Wikisource: newbies may need some small instructions to
understand the reasons for keeping a classical text "editable". Unfortunately,
instructions of that scope are displayed (in a biggest version) only if someone
click in a red link.

Best regards
