Description Dallan Quass 2006-10-24 20:50:53 UTC the watchcreations preference isn't checked when setting the default for "watchthis" in SpecialUpload.php. Only the watchdefault preference is checked. I think "watchthis" should default to true if either of these preferences is turned on.
