I try to attach the patch against CVS version of LanguageHu.php which tries to fix the namespaces 
of several wikimedia hungarian projects. Please revise the patch since I am not infected with php 
and the other language files did... weird things... about variables.

hashar updated the language half, shaihulud kindly fixed the project name "half".
