Unlike other special pages that show information based on cached data and display a message with a timestamp, there is no such info in 
Special:Search though it's possibly used more often than any of these other special pages.

Please add a message like MediaWiki:Perfcachedts to Special:Search.

Well, it wasn't implemented at the same time, because the search index data
isn't cached in the same manner as reports.
