Description Dan Jacobson 2006-10-09 16:16:31 UTC
Looking at the time caused by e.g., four tildes, one sees the timezone
in parentheses: (CST). But those parentheses ought to be removed, as
they are just extra eye-baggage.

By the way, might as well say +0800 instead of CST, as else one might
think one is referring to Chicago time instead of Taiwan.

This is really an aesthetic preference. I doubt it will be changed by default,
but it shouldn't be too hard to change locally (I don't know offhand that the
parentheses aren't hardcoded, but they shouldn't be).
